The recladding of our building, Phase I is completed with the curtain walling up, the stone fixed, the revolving door in action which is UNIQUE in Swansea and the external works are now awaiting the planting season to begin.....

Virgin Atlantic Airways have taken possession of the first floor and we are now looking forward to Phase II along the High Street.

The Extra Care Housing in South Wales is now fully occupied and its gardens maturing nicely.

The two large flat scheme for a local Housing Association should be on site this year. They are designed to Code 3 and Code 4. See the photomontages below or the Affordable Housing page. We are exploring with a local Housing Association a Code 5 development of 70+ houses in South Wales. Options include installing our first large wind turbine... (see our Environment Policy here)

W Griffiths are pleased to work with domestic clients in both South Wales and London. We have seen an increase in work in this area recently. We believe our perspective from either end of the M4 corridor is unique and beneficial to both markets.
